A fire started when a trailer was offloading some trash. It quickly spread throughout the facility. Adequate water supply hampered effective firefighting operations. As a result, response from Security FD, Stratmoor Hills FD, Fountain FD and Colorado Springs FD was required to help battle the blaze. The fire continued to burn into the night and following day. The exact cause of the fire is unknown. No known injuries being reported.
